[Lone Defender]

Fun but disappointing

The game is really fun if a bit easy. To shoot down the really big planes, make sure you hit them at their absolute center (usually just above the wings): that's the only place it'll register damage.

I was really disappointed to find out nearing the end of the game that you can't upgrade your gun past a certain point because you're on newgrounds and not on their website, which is why I give a 6 instead of an 8.

A bit short

It had some graphical glitches, and it was a bit short. I really liked it, and the fact that the 'towers' leveled up by them selves.

Slow

The graphics take a lot of toll on this game speed wise.

Boring

The game gets boring quick. Same two enemies over and over. Also, the bar at the bottom is very annoying, especially when you accidentally click it.

Double jump

I didn't realize til later that you can double jump, which is definitely needed to beat the hard cpu. Fun game!

It was fun, but very short.

And no way to turn off the music either.

No typing

Pretty well made, good graphics. The major downside for me was not being able to type the words but having to click them.

Frustrating

I found it frustrating because you can't rely on your squad mates to come out. Some levels you have hundreds, some levels they don't come out at all and you're kind of screwed.

Addictive and hard, but frustrating

Really great game, but some of the bugs make it really frustrating sometimes.
